The 134 houses are situated as terraced houses, split into two and three floors. They all have large balconies on one side overlooking the Aegean ocean and the sunset over the spectacular archipelago. On the rear of the buildings cosy back yards are placed offering shade and views across the house and to the sea. The materials are vernacular; local stone, white rendered walls and large green roofs mimicking the natural landscape.
In addition to the house in scheme includes a unique leisure centre with a restaurant, wellness centre and an extensive pool and sports facilities.
CCO are running the project until Planning approval and the further process is conducted in close collaboration with local consultants in Bodrum and Instanbul. See more about the project here.
