Essential to this project is the ambition to create a new holiday home development which is founded in and further develops the particular characteristics of the landscape and local vegetation. This is done to emphasise the lush landscape as the central element in the future character and identity of the area.
By designing all the homes with green roofs the scheme blends into the landscape, creating a vision of one connected landscape where landscape and building become indistinguishable. The scheme is interconnected by a number of steps, paths and ramps, starting from the southern parking area to between the individual courtyard houses to the common building and ends by the sports- and activity areas by the coast.
