The house, which is split into two main volumes, contains complexity within a simple envelope. The southern volume includes the living room and a roof terrace which connects directly down to the lush garden via a stepped sloping wall.

The taller, northern volume sits higher in the landscape allowing daylight and quality into the  basement spaces. This part also includes entrance, a double height open plan kitchen and all the bedrooms of the house. The house is currently in detailed design and is due for completion in summer 2007.
