A very low construction cost, high energy efficiency and quality housing are the three main success parameters for this in a short-listed competition entry.

This is achieved by clever repetition of a few pre-fab units. The two opposing sides of terraced houses create a distinctive space between them which serves as a green common area and provides circulation area for the residents.
