As a part of a recent land reclamation project in North Harbour in Copenhagen Christensen and Co architects are designing the facilities for a 1 kilometre long cruise ship pier.

Due to the seasonal character of cruise ship activity the design is based around large removable tensile constructions that accommodate waiting area and baggage handling. During wither the tents are completely removed and the pier used as a public space.
