The Flintholm neighbourhood has a distinctive atmosphere characterised by a typical and  dense city of blocks build from bricks combined with lush green vegetation.

 

The proposal is designed to become the final piece in the puzzle of this area. Its distinctive dark brick facades makes it a modern addition to the area, while is connects directly to the busy station.

 

Internally the proposal, which accommodates a supermarket, shops and offices, has a distinctive atrium that connects all the office floors. In addition to providing plenty of daylight the atrium functions as an attractive amenity area for both meetings and general socialising.
