Kotor Hills is located with a stunning panoramic view of one of Montenegro\'s beautiful fiords, the Adriatic Ocean and surrounding mountains. On this unique location CCO Architects are designing a completely new complex of holiday homes. The complex is inspired and carefully sits in the landscape while still making a stand in the dramatic scenery establishing a distinctive and modern complex of holiday homes. The building design is a modern interpretation of the region\'s vernacular architecture and respectfully integrated into the outstanding landscape.

The project takes an ambitious sustainable stance both in terms of choice of materials and use of local resources. Furthermore the entire area is planned not to provide access by car.

Currently the site is dominated by a listed 18th century castle which will be converted into a hotel and spa.
